Goldbeater skin

Our goldbeater- restoration hide parchment can be used as specifically produced collagen filament (animal intestines from sheep or bovine, made from the outer layer of a cow caecum) for pharmaceutical- medical purposes or for natural parchment replacement in archival restoration on cultural heritage (such as historical manuscipts on natural skin parchment) as well.

The collagen in goldbeater skins are enzyme hydrolysing proteins in its natural, or native condtions to moderately degraded producs, peptones and peptides in pharmaceuticals as well.

To be naturally delivered as Art.- No. 496 or as Art.- No. 496/A, or to be stabilized with Alum such as slightly pre- tanned.
