Hide powder is an enzyme hydrolysing protein in its natural, or native condition to moderately degraded producs, peptones and peptides.

To be produced under clean room conditions, complete metal free with ceramic grinding.

Our hide powder can be used for pharmaceutical purposes as protease substrate, for detanning of vegetable extracts or for natural parchment replacement in archival restoration on cultural heritage as well.

This natural hide powder is used for analytics of vegetable tanning materials and in quick test to approve the efficiency of leather auxiliaries (tanning agents, dyestuffs, greases, etc.).
